Caesars Racebook Launches: A New Era for Equestrian Betting in Florida and Ohio

The gaming giant, Caesars Entertainment, has debuted a novel wagering application for equestrian enthusiasts named Caesars Racebook. The app is currently accessible in the states of Florida and Ohio.

This innovative application is the culmination of a collaborative effort between Caesars Sportsbook and the New York Racing Association (NYRA), facilitated through NYRA Bets, the association’s digital betting platform. Developed in tandem, the app is now ready for download on iOS devices, catering to racing aficionados in both the Sunshine State and the Buckeye State.

Caesars Racebook utilizes the robust NYRA Bets platform to furnish bettors with pari-mutuel wagering choices from a vast network of over 250 tracks.

This extensive roster encompasses legendary venues such as Belmont Park, Saratoga Race Course, and Santa Anita Park, in addition to racetracks situated within Caesars-operated properties like Indiana Grand Racing & Casino and Harrah’s Philadelphia.

โ€œLeveraging the NYRA Bets interface and technology, the new Caesars Racebook app will engage a fresh demographic of racing enthusiasts, both seasoned and newcomers, thereby broadening the sport’s reach on a national scale,โ€ remarked Matt Feig, general manager of NYRA Bets. โ€œThis collaboration between NYRA Bets and Caesars represents a mutually beneficial alliance for horse racing, its stakeholders, and numerous racetracks throughout the nation.โ€

Caesars and NYRA initially announced their partnership in January, with Caesars assuming the role of the official sports betting marketing associate in New York, alongside becoming the title sponsor for the Belmont Park and Saratoga Race Course meet.

The equestrian betting application followed suit with an official announcement in March. Caesars has indicated its intention to expand its availability to additional states throughout the year.

The debut of the Caesars Racebook application represents a significant achievement in our continuous endeavor to broaden wagering choices for our patrons and provide live content for the initial time,” remarked Dan Shapiro, Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer at Caesars Digital.

He further noted, “We eagerly anticipate greeting both fresh enthusiasts of equestrian competition and our current devoted clientele to the platform. We are honored to collaborate with the New York Racing Association in fostering the expansion of horse racing as we implement Caesars Racebook in roughly 30 states nationwide.”
