The 2025 ICE and iGB Affiliate gatherings are on track to be the largest yet, with more than 1,000 vendors already committed.
Clarion Gaming, the event coordinator, notes “exceptional interest” for display area at the Fira Barcelona Gran Via location. This remarkable enthusiasm signifies the 2025 exhibition will occupy 20% more space than the record-setting 2024 event in London.
Stuart Hunter, Clarion Gaming’s Managing Director, revealed that the venue provides even greater capacity for expansion if necessary: “Although we have the possibility to enlarge further in 2025, we’ve opted to limit the 2024 show to 120,000 sqm. This enables us to satisfy client requirements with a systematic and responsible expansion strategy, while also targeting ideal attendee concentration.”
Both existing exhibitors and businesses unfamiliar with ICE/iGB Affiliate are keen to secure their spot at what is poised to be a momentous occasion for the gaming sector.
Although Clarion Gaming operates for financial gain, we acknowledge our duty as a close collaborator within the gaming sector. This entails expanding the event in a controlled and enduring manner, reflecting the industry’s own evolution. It’s an approach we’ve employed since ICE relocated to ExCeL in 2013, occupying 31,000 square meters. Annually, we’ve cautiously enlarged the event, consistently linking that expansion to our capacity to draw in additional purchasers and yield a substantial return on investment for all our stakeholders.”
“Beyond the event’s scale,” Hunter added, “we’re also concentrating on organizing the exhibition space to guarantee it embodies the entirety of the industry across all segments. Our objective is to ensure ICE and iGB Affiliate persist in fulfilling the requirements of a worldwide industry, and the shift to Barcelona will further augment our capability to achieve this.”
ICE/iGBA 2025 will encompass a vast 120,000 square meters spanning Halls 1-5 of the Gran Via location, with Hall 1 allocated to iGB Affiliate and Halls 2-5 accommodating ICE. Significantly, this five-year contract secures an extra 120,000 square meters of area solely set aside for the prospective expansion of ICE/iGBA.
